The goal is to help enable decarbonisation progress and support the attraction and development of new low emissions industries. We seek to ensure the net zero transition supports local economies, communities and workforces.

The IRN is convened by Climate KIC Australia, with CSIRO as research partner, and funded by the RACE for 2030 CRC and philanthropic donations as part of the three‑year Collaborative Networks for System Transformation project.
